The Reef Fleet Terminal is located at the end of Pier Point Road. There is a drop-off point for passengers with a disability next the main entrance of the terminal at the turning point in Pier Point Road. From the road, there is level access on the footpath in front of the terminal. The terminal is entered through three sets of double doors. The middle set are marked as a disability entrance although the doors are exactly the same as the ones either side. It is assumed that at some point a self-opening mechanism is or was intended to be fitted. The doors are manual but they have a light opening pressure. Inside the terminal are a series of check-in desks for the various cruise operators. The terminal is large and open with a hard floor surface. At the far end is an accessible toilet.
