Phillip Island

Phillip Island is 140 km south east of Melbourne and is known all over the world for the Little Penguins and Motorsport, especially the MotoGP. Apart from the stunning drive down through west and south Gippsland, the island has a lot to offer the visitor with a disability. Pristine beaches, great food and wine, and history through the National Vietnam Veterans Museum and Churchill Island Farm. Rhyll Inlet is a RAMSAR listed mangrove wetland with a fully accessible boardwalk. It is a very accessible destination well worth more than a day trip.
