Phillip Island is 140 km south east of Melbourne and is known all over the world for the Little Penguins and Motorsport, especially the MotoGP. Rhyll Inlet is a RAMSAR listed mangrove wetland with a fully accessible boardwalk. It is a very accessible destination well worth more than a day trip.

The San Remo jetty has level access from the car park and the disabled parking spaces in front of the Fisherman's Co-op. The jetty has a smooth timber surface and offers great views of the channel and excellent fishing opportunities for people with a disability.
Rhyll Inlet mangrove boardwalk
The mangroves and mudflats of Rhyll Inlet are a significant site for wading birds. An accessible boardwalk allows these Ramsar recognised wetlands to be enjoyed by all.

Purple Hen is a small winery located on the Rhyll - Newhaven Rd. It has a designated disabled parking spot adjacent to the path to the winery cellar door and small cafe. The path is fine hard packed gravel and is gently sloping. Entry to the cellar door is through a wide sliding door.
Phillip Island Ten Pin Bowling and Entertainment
Phillip Island Ten Pin Bowling and Entertainment is located in the industrial estate of Cowes at 91-97 Settlement Road. The operators have taken accessibility to heart and have won the Bass Coast Good Access is Good Business Award.
Phillip Island RSL
The Phillip Island RSL is located in Thompson Avenue Cowes. Accessible parking is available at the front and side of the building. Access to the club is through double width self-opening doors. Entry from the car park into the building is level.
Phillip Island Helicopters
Phillip Island Helicopters offers joy flights over the island. The helicopters can accommodated people with a disability. There is no lifting devices available. Guests are manually lifted into the helicopter when required.

There are two designated accessible parking bays directly in front of the co-operative.
Fisherman’s Co-op – Phillip Island
The Fisherman's Co-op is both a fish and chippery and a fresh seafood sales centre. It is accessed by a ramp at the southern end of the building. Seating is available inside the building and outside on the veranda overlooking the eastern entrance to Westernport Bay.
Cowes Foreshore and Jetty
The Cowes Jetty is reach via a gently sloping ramp from the Esplanade. The easiest path is via the information building and bait sales. Just below where the two paths meet there is a zip zag path that avoids the steepest section of the main path to the jetty.
Clip N Climb – Phillip Island
Clip N Climb is the newest concept in indoor climbing. It is located at 6-8 Industrial way Cowes. Clip N Climb uses an auto belay system and a special harness making it safe and easy to use by people of all ages.
Bimbadeen
Bimbadeen is a 340 acre farming property on the Back Beach Road. It operates a farm cafe and store which is open Thursdays to Sunday's 9am to 3pm.
Bassine Specialty Cheeses
Bassine Specialty Cheeses is a small cheese making factory located in Bass. The cheese is made from the milk of their own dairy farm.
